When I opened my first restaurant, the most popular plate at the bar was the daily changing house-made sausage. I love sausages of all different kinds, but here you'll find sausages made to use wild ingredients, herbs and spices.
With Foraged Ingredients
One thing that makes this section special is that there aren't a lot of resources online for using wild herbs and spices. I have a few that I consider classics you have to try.
