About
Armelanchier, shadbush, serviceberries, shadblow, juneberry. whatever you call them they're delicious, with notes of cherry, almond and apple. These fruit are becoming more and more popular and often planted in landscaping. if you're new to them, check an app like Inaturalist and you may be able to find easily accessible ones near you.
If you're new to serviceberries, you'll a mix of recipes they can be used in here, but only a few that reference them specifically. This is by design, as I may use them in combination with many other fruits, or use them frozen in the off-season.
