If you’re in the Twin Cities Metro area, or the Midwest, I occasionally do events. Reading about exciting ingredients and technique is one thing, seeing them first hand and having me interact with your guests is another experience completely.
Private/Custom/Charity or Auction Dinners
I’ve coordinated things for groups as small as 4, and for as large as a couple hundred. The more notice I have for planning the better, generally 1-2 weeks of notice can work, but looking ahead a few months in advance can create truly special, custom experiences. I have access to ingredients and wholesale suppliers and can source just about anything with enough notice, but the most exciting ingredients come from my personal stock.
Speaking, Plant Walks and Mushroom Hunts
Focused on mushroom or plant identification of the Midwest, small groups under 15 people are typically best for more one-on-one time with guests, but I have combined them with larger speaking engagements in auditorium settings before or after a plant walk or cooking demonstration.
